New ways of working has allowed us to break free of the typical commute and our cubicles have now become our guest rooms and even our bedrooms! Nothing like rolling over and turning on a Microsoft Teams meeting! There are some downsides to having this new found predicament and below I'll share ways to to reduce some of that stress when your office is your house!

With so much time to themselves, it’s easy for them to get stuck in a rut. However, taking steps to increase your productivity using proven techniques can massively improve your well-being.
